Summary: Beautifully renovated little house close to the downtown. Close to shopping and Easy access to the Interstate to get out of town. Clint and Gillian were great hosts. Only drawback to this stay was the traffic noise of being in the city. For a family that lives out in the country, there was always noises, which we are not used to.

Summary: We loved our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and made sure we had everything needed. They went the extra mile and had coffee, oj and cookies for us on our arrival. The house is comfortable and very well maintained. Safeway and a bagel shop are right around the corner and the convention center is a mile away.We will definitely stay here again when next in Phoenix.Thank you!!!

Summary: We loved staying here! It was very clean and everything we needed was included. The owners provided a lot of information about the surrounding area. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance. The park across the street had many unhoused people, so we didn't feel comfortable taking our toddler to the playground. Other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very close to excellent restaurants and the Nash Jazz club.
